Wheat Germ is a concentrated source of vitamin E, folate, phosphorus, thiamin, zinc, and magnesium, as well as essential fatty acids and fatty alcohols. It is a good source of fibre.
Uses:
Wheat Germ can be used for baking muffins, biscuits and bread. It can be added to smoothies, cereals, muesli, granola and yoghurt. Use in pancakes and vege burgers or as a binder in meatloaf and rissoles. Wheat Germ can be added to soups, stews
