Vital Wheat Gluten Flour

Vital Wheat Gluten Flour is used for making bread to give strength and elasticity to the dough when using low protein flours (rye).

Add approx. 15g of Gluten flour to 500g flour

Uses:
Bread making.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
