Textured vegetable protein (TVP) is a high protein meat substitute made from soy. 

Uses:
Use in vegan dishes such as casseroles, stews, spaghetti bolognaise and chilli. 

Origin:
Australia.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. 

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
