Our Sustainable Rye Flour is stone ground using whole rye grains. Rye has a lovely rich earthy flavour. It contains less gluten than wheat flour and makes a more substantial, denser bread. Rye Flour is excellent for feeding rye sour dough starters.

Rye Flour is a great source of fibre and protein and is rich in minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and iron.

Uses:
Rye Four makes a tasty bread! Rye flour can be used in biscuits, pancakes, cakes and muffins.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
