Cambray’s St Johns Brook is a delicious Manchego style sheep's cheese with a fruity finish. It is aged for 4-6 months.

Uses:
A perfect addition to any cheese board.

Cambray Cheese, Cundinup Western Australia.

Ingredients:
Ewe’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.
