Spelt is an ancient grain which is finely ground to make our Sustainable White Spelt Flour. Spelt flour has a mild nutty and slightly sweet flavour. Although spelt contains gluten it is easier to digest and may be tolerated by people with wheat and gluten intolerance.
Spelt is a good source of protein and fibre and contains some minerals such as iron, magnesium, and zinc.
