Our semolina is made from durum wheat grown in Australia. It adds a delicious nutty flavour to your dish.

Uses: Semolina can made into a porridge. It adds texture, flavour and structure to pasta and pizza bases.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
