Sago 1 - 3mm

Sago is starch which is gluten and grain free. Sago is an old fashioned but delicious ingredient used in baking and desserts.

Sago is a starch from the pith of palm stems which is made into sago “pearls”.

Uses:
Use in baking or desserts, especially sago pudding.  

Origin:
Thailand.

Ingredients: 
Tapioca  starch.

Allergens:
May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.   

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above.
