Rooibos, Organic

Rooibos (pronounced ROY-bus) comes from a plant that is native to South Africa. Rooibos means "red bush" and is the traditional drink of South Africa.

Rooibos is a healthy, caffeine-free, herbal tea high in antioxidants. Perfect for that night-time “cuppa”.

Low in tannins, rooibos is not bitter.

1 teaspoon to 250ml, water temperature 100 degrees C, steep for at least 5 mins. No caffeine.

Uses:
Drink hot with or without milk. A squeeze of lemon may be added if you prefer. Or add honey or sugar to taste. Rooibos makes a refreshing iced tea, just add ice cubes, lemon, honey and a sprig of mint for decoration.
