Quality Dark Rye Flour has a more intense rye flavour and denser texture than light rye flour. Darker ryes contain more of the rye kernel. Dark Rye Flour has a delicious earthy, malty flavour.

Rye Flour is a great source of fibre and protein and is rich in minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and iron.
