Premium Vanilla Bean, spray free (Each)

Gourmet size, naturally grown in Madagascar without the use of pesticides. A grade non-split vanilla beans which are rich in flavour with an oily texture and extremely fragrant.

Uses:
Vanilla beans can be used in any recipe in place of vanilla essence or powder. Vanilla beans add a depth of flavour to beverages, sauces, desserts and baked goods. Use the empty pod to infuse milk or cream with a vanilla flavour. Or place in sugar for vanilla-scented sugar. The vanilla bean can be re-used 2 or 3 times. After use, wash and dry the bean, then store in an airtight container.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate in warmer climates.

Shelf Life:
Up to 6 months when stored as above.
