Indulge in the rich and aromatic flavour of our gourmet quality Vanilla Bean Planifolia, a superior product sourced from the Indonesian Archipelago or known as Indonesian Bourbon Vanilla, similar to the Madagascar Bourbon variety. Gourmet Quality is the best.

Uses:
Vanilla beans can be used in any recipe in place of vanilla essence or powder. Vanilla beans add a depth of flavour to beverages, sauces, desserts and baked goods. Use the empty pod to infuse milk or cream with a vanilla flavour. Or place in sugar for vanilla-scented sugar. The vanilla bean can be re-used 2 or 3 times. After use, wash and dry the bean, then store in an airtight container.
