Polenta

Polenta is an Italian dish made with yellow cornmeal. Polenta is creamy with a buttery sweet corn flavour. The consistency is similar to porridge when freshly cooked porridge. Once the polenta has cooled it can be sliced with a knife.

Uses:
Polenta is a delicious side dish served with meat stew or vegetables.
