Peppermint Tea Organic

Peppermint tea is a soothing tea with a pleasant minty flavour. The oils in the peppermint may freshen the breath, relieve headaches and digestive upsets. It is traditionally used to help unclog sinuses, increase energy levels, reduce fatigue, relieve menstrual pain and improve sleep.

Peppermint tea has anti-bacterial properties.

1 teaspoon to 250ml, water temperature 100 degrees C, steep for 2 - 3 mins. No caffeine.

Uses:
Drink hot or as an iced tea. Add honey or sugar as desired.

Egypt.

Peppermint leaves.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months if stored as above.
