Organic Pepitas

Organic Pepitas are the inner part of a pumpkin kernel. Small and green in colour they are crunchy with a delicate nutty flavour.

Pepitas are rich in antioxidants and full of beneficial vitamins and minerals, like iron, zinc, manganese, phosphorous and magnesium.

Uses:
Organic Pepitas make a fantastic nutritional snack. Organic pepitas are so versatile, they can be used in trail mixes, muesli, muesli bars and granola. Sprinkle over yoghurt or salad. Add Pepitas to baked goods such as muffins, biscuits and cakes.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
