Our TA35+ Jarrah honey possess very high antimicrobial activity. Jarrah is the 'Rolls Royce' of Australian honeys. This honey is certified and tested as TA35+ and is characterised by its rich flavour and luxurious texture with an intense dark caramel flavour finish.

TA35+ means the honey has excellent health benefits.

Uses:
Take by the spoonful or in a hot/cold drink. Use in cooking - honey cake is a favourite. There are countless ways to use such a deliciously versatile ingredient.
