Passionflower, Organic

Passiflora, known also as passion flower or passion vine. Passionflower has a calming effect and may improve sleep and reduce anxiety. Passionflower may help prevent depression, ease menopausal symptoms, relieve pain and lower blood pressure, among others.

1 teaspoon to 250ml, water temperature 100 degrees C, steep for 5 - 10 mins. No caffeine.

Uses:
Drink hot or as an iced tea. Add honey or sugar as desired.

Albania.
