Mustard Seeds, Yellow Organic

Yellow Mustard Seeds are the small round seeds from Sinapsis Alba, a mustard plant variety. The seeds are used in a lot of Indian dishes and add crunch, aroma and a pungent spiciness. The Yellow Mustard Seeds are slightly milder than the brown mustard seeds.

To release the flavour and fragrance either dry roast the seeds or sauté in oil until they start to pop.  

Uses:
Yellow Mustard Seeds can be made into mustard and are an essential ingredient in many sauce and pickling recipes. The seeds are used to make tasty meat and vegan curries, added to salad dressings and used in rubs and marinades.
