Organic Garam Masala is a blend of ground spices common in North Indian and other South Asian cuisines. It is used alone or with other seasonings. The word garam refers to intensity of the spices rather than capsaicin content.
Uses:
Traditionally added near the end of cooking to retain flavour. Garam Masala is used in curries, soups and stews. It works particularly well with chicken. Garam Masala can also be used to flavour batters and bread. Try using Garam Masala as a tasty seasoning for vegetables. This versatile spice is used in sweet recipes such as biscuits, cakes, ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients:
Ground cardamom, cayenne pepper, true ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground nutmeg, ground black pepper.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites (<15 Ppm). Due to the farming practices this product may contain gluten>10 Ppm.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above.
