A spicy mix of Black, White, Green & Pink Peppercorns. Mixed Peppercorns are an excellent alternative to black peppercorns and the different colours provide different flavour profiles. The pink peppercorns add colour and are a little sweeter. The black is more fiery and the white a stronger pepperiness. The green peppercorns are milder in flavour with a lively aroma.

Uses:
Pepper is best when freshly ground and is added towards the end of cooking to retrain the full flavour. Use Mixed Peppercorns in place of black peppercorn. Pepper is commonly used as a condiment and in many dishes. It can be added to salads, dressings, meat rubs, stocks, sauces and pickles.

Origin:
Mixed in Australia, multiple origin.

Ingredients:
Piper nigrum and schinus molle.

Allergens:
Pink Peppercorns are in the tree nut family. Those with allergies to Cashew or Pistachio need to steer clear.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
