Uses:
Mixed Citrus Peel is traditionally used in Christmas fare - fruit mince tarts, Christmas cake and pudding. It is also used in desserts, cakes and ice-cream. Mixed Citrus Peel adds a sweet tart flavour to savoury dishes such as steamed fish, curries, stews and chutney.
