Masa Flour
Masa Flour (or masa harina) is a fragrant earthy flour made from corn meal. Dried corn kernels are cooked and soaked in limewater before grinding. Masa Flour is nutritious and gluten free.
Masa is made by adding water to Masa Flour. The consistency should be firm and pliable, not too soft.
Masa Flour is not the same as cornflour.
Uses:
Use Masa Flour to make the dough for tortillas, tamales and other Mexican and South American dishes.

Imported.
Ingredients:
Corn, hydrated lime.
Allergens:
No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
