Organic Macedonian Juniper Berries have a sharp citrus taste and are used like a spice to flavour dishes. The berries are used in northern European and particularly Scandinavian cuisine to "impart a sharp, clear flavour" to meat dishes. They are also used to season pork, cabbage, and sauerkraut dishes. Juniper berries are used in other European cuisines, often with roasts.

Juniper berries can be toasted to release more flavour. The berries compliment beef and pork dishes. Try flavouring vegetable dishes and sauerkraut with Juniper berries. May be used as a condiment. Juniper berries are used to flavour gin.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
