Red Harissa

Red Harissa is a sauce that takes your breath away. A Moroccan fire like chilli paste that should be used with extreme caution! The complex flavour of Harissa is the work of a wonderful blend of spices that sooths this savage paste.

Uses:
The perfect spice for adding depth of character to sauces, particularly mayonnaise, whipped butter, stews, soups, broths, vinaigrette, pasta and risotto. Also used as an accompaniment to couscous, rice pilaf, tagines, grills, roasts and sandwiches.

Origin:
Made in Australia from at least 80% Australian ingredients..

Ingredients: 
Red chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic and olive oil.

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Refrigerate after opening.
