Great Northern Beans are mild in taste with a smooth, melt in the mouth texture. They are a white bean, similar to Cannellini although slightly smaller in size. The beans have a rather neutral flavour which makes them ideal for a range of tasty dishes.

Great Northern Beans are a good source of protein, fibre and minerals.

Cooking: Soak overnight for best results. Boil for approximately 90 minutes, until tender.

Uses:
Ideal for baked beans, soups, stews, salads, chilli and puree. Use in place of Cannellini or any other white bean.
