Cambray Chilli Gouda 140g

Cambray Gouda is an award-winning cheese. This cheese is aged for a minimum of 6 months, which results in a rich, complex, nutty and slightly sweet flavour complimented by a touch of chilli.  

Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then processed on the farm by the farmer. The milk for Cambray’s cow’s milk cheeses are sourced from an award winning family dairy outside Busselton.

Uses:
Enjoy Cambray Gouda on a cheese platter with bread and fruit. Gouda makes a tasty addition to a sandwich. Gouda pairs well with red and white wine, beer and whisky.
