Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then processed on the farm by the farmer. The milk for Cambray’s cow’s milk cheeses are sourced from an award winning family dairy outside Busselton.
Uses:
Enjoy Cambray Gouda on a cheese platter with bread and fruit. Gouda makes a tasty addition to a sandwich. Gouda pairs well with red and white wine, beer and whisky.
