Echinacea Purpurea

Echinacea is native to North America and is a popular herb used mainly to fight off or treat common colds and other infections. Echinacea helps boosts the immune system and decreases inflammation.

1 tablespoon to 250ml, water temperature 100C, steep for 10 – 15 mins. No caffeine

Uses:
Use Echinacea as a tea, serve hot and, if desired, add honey or sugar.

Egypt.

Allergic reactions might occur in some people (rarely) and particularly if the person is allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds or daisies.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
