Our Whole Coriander has a mellow warm, aromatic, sweet, smoky flavour with a hint of citrus. Whole Coriander is usually toasted and ground prior to use.

Uses:
Whole Coriander seeds can be used in pickles, rubs, lentil dishes and with roast vegetables. Toast and grind the seed to use in curries, sauces and gravies. The pleasant taste complements spice rubs, marinades, soups, stews, meat and vegetable dishes.
