Blue Boiling Peas

Blue Boiling Peas are firm and tasty when cooked. They are high in fibre and plant protein.

Cooking time is approximately 90 minutes or 60 minutes if soaked for 4 hours or more.

Blue Boiling Peas add a hearty flavour to soups and casseroles. Blue Boiling Peas are used to make traditional British mushy peas which are often served with fish and chips or a pie.
