Hemp Hearts Organic

Organic Hemp Hearts are hemp seeds with the outside hull removed. Hemp Hearts are soft, tasty and nutritious. They are high in protein, Omega 3 and 6, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Our Hemp Hearts are organic, gluten free and vegan.

Uses:
Organic Hemp Hearts have a mild nutty flavour which makes them very versatile. They can be used as a snack, added to breakfast cereal or muesli or sprinkled over salads. Try adding Hemp Heats to nut butter and smoothies. Hemp Hearts can be added to baked goods or used to make hemp milk.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended.
