These Cinnamon Sticks are made from the finest portions of the cinnamon bark. Cinnamon has a sweet, woody flavour with an exotic aroma. Add a quill or two to add depth and flavour to both sweet and savoury dishes.

Uses:
Cinnamon Sticks are used in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes including curries, pho, rice, pasta, apple pie, porridge and rice pudding. Add to hot beverages for a little spiciness.

Origin:
Sri Lanka.

Ingredients:
Cinnamomum Zeylanicum.

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
