Korean Gochugaru Chilli Powder

Korean Gochugaru Chilli Powder is bright red in colour, has a smoky, slightly sweet flavour and is moderately spicy.

Gochugaru is best known for its use Korea’s national dish, kimchi.

Uses:
Gochugaru is used in many Korean dishes including kimchi, soups and stews. Try adding Gochugaru to stir fries, marinades, dressings, dips, dipping sauces and other sauces.

Korea.

Korean Red pepper.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
