Coconut Sugar Organic

Organic Coconut Sugar has a heady aroma and an intense caramel flavour similar to brown sugar or molasses.

Coconut sugar has a comparatively low-GI, fewer carbohydrates and more minerals.

Uses:
Coconut sugar can be used in place of cane sugar in many recipes in a 1:1 ratio. Organic Coconut Sugar is used in hot drinks, sweet and savoury dishes and baked goods.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate in warmer climates.
