Coconut, Fine (Desiccated)

Desiccated coconut is dried, finely grated coconut flesh which has a sweet and slightly nutty flavour. It is a delicious addition to many meals and baked goods.  

Coconut is high in fibre and contains some essential minerals.

Uses:
Try adding Desiccated Coconut to your breakfast muesli, porridge or smoothie. Add to snack mixes. Coconut complements many dishes and is used in curries, other savoury dishes, fruit salads and baked goods.

Indonesia.
