Cloves, Ground

Ground Cloves have a hot, pungent taste and a spicy aroma. Cloves are a versatile spice used in many countries in beverages, sweet and savoury dishes.

Uses:
Ground Cloves are used to flavour to meats, curries and stewed fruit. Add ground cloves to chai lattes, marinades and rubs and pickles. Cloves work well with cinnamon, cumin, allspice, vanilla, citrus peel, star anise and pepper.

Origin:
Madagascar.

Ingredients:
Syzygium Aromaticum.

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
