Ord River Chickpeas are a tasty, nutritious legume, high in protein, fibre and minerals. Chickpeas have a nutty, creamy flavour and add texture and flavour to many dishes.
Cooking: Rinse, then soak overnight. Boil in plenty of unsalted water for 45 – 60 minutes (or until tender). Drain and they are ready to add to your favourite chickpea dish.
