Cambray Cheddar is a full flavoured award-winning cheese. It is a semi-mature cow’s milk cheese, with a natural rind and is aged for up to 6 months.
Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then the milk is processed on the farm by the farmer. Cambray also do a selection of cow’s milk cheeses. The cow’s milk is sourced from an award winning, small family run dairy just out of Busselton.
Uses:
Cambray Cheddar pairs well with red wine. It makes a tasty addition to any cheese board.
