Celery Seed tastes just like celery stalks! The seeds have a savoury, earthy flavour with a slight bitterness that increases when the seed is crushed or ground.  

Uses:
Celery Seed is a useful spice that enhances sauces, salads, pickles and rubs. Celery seed and tomatoes especially work well together.

Origin:
India.

Ingredients: 
Apium Graveolens.

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above.
