Carob Powder is naturally sweet and chocolaty with a hint of malt. Carob powder can be used as a healthy, nutritious substitute for chocolate.

Carob Powder is high in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Uses:
Fantastic in smoothies and sprinkled on yoghurt and ice cream. For a delicious beverage, substitute Carob Powder for cocoa. Replace cocoa powder with Carob powder in baked goods however you may need to decrease the amount of sugar.
