Cardamom, Ground

Ground Cardamom has a robust, herbal, earthy almost citrus flavour and is intensely aromatic.  Cardamom is a traditional medicine used in Asia to treat a variety of ailments.

Uses:
Cardamom is one of the main ingredients in chai spice blends. So versatile, it used in both sweet and savoury dishes to add a special piquancy. Cardamom is delicious in curries, stir fries, soups and baked goods.    

Origin:
India.

Ingredients: 
Ellettaria Cardamomum (cardamom).

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
