Caraway Seeds Organic

The Caraway Seed is aromatic and has a unique flavour profile with a suggestion of anise (licorice).   

Uses:
Caraway seeds give many dishes their distinct flavour - curry, sausage, soup, vegetable and pickling recipes make use of caraway seeds. The seeds are also used in baking including seed cake and rye bread.

Origin:
Egypt.

Ingredients: 
Carum carvi (caraway seeds).

Allergens:
No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
