When cooked, Cannellini Beans are creamy and mild in taste. They absorb the flavours of other ingredients in a dish. Cannellini Beans are a white bean, similar to Great Northern Beans although slightly larger in size.
Cannellini Beans are a good source of protein, fibre and minerals.
Cooking: Soak overnight for best results. Boil for approximately 90 minutes, until tender.

Ideal for baked beans, soups, stews, salads, chilli and puree. Use in place of Cannellini or any other white bean.
