Chamomile Flowers Organic

Chamomile is great as a before-bed cuppa for adults and children. It may help to calm the nerves and sooth the eczematic body.

Traditional use for chamomile includes relaxing common cold, digestive system complaints, menstrual cramps, nervousness, and sleeplessness. 

Besides a good night cup for kids, Chamomile is also great for kids' mild cough.

There are two common varieties of Chamomile: Roman and German. We sell the more common sweeter German variety.

1 teaspoon to 250ml, water temperature 100C, steep for 2 - 3 mins. No caffeine.  

Uses:
A warming drink for the winter months. Refreshing when served as an iced tea in summer. Serve with sugar or honey. If you prefer, add milk.

Egypt.

Organic Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria Recutita).

No known allergens. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Storage:
Proper storage is important: Chamomile should be kept in an air tight container and in the fridge if possible.

Up to 12 months when stored as above. Make note of expiry date, listed in store.
