Cambray’s cow’s milk Camembert is a creamy soft cheese with earthy sweet tones.  

Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then processed on the farm by the farmer. The milk for Cambray’s cow’s milk cheeses are sourced from an award winning family dairy outside Busselton.

Uses:
Serve this delectable cheese at room temperature. A wonderful addition to a cheese board with dried fruit, nuts and quince paste. Pair with a baguette and a glass of white wine or for something different try baked camembert.
