Our Organic Buckwheat Kernels are a highly nutritious whole grain with a distinctive nutty flavour.

Considered to be a superfood, buckwheat is low GI, a good source of protein and fibre and high in magnesium.

Uses:
Buckwheat kernels are cooked in a similar way to rice. Buckwheat kernels can be used in place of oats, to make a yummy porridge. Enhance your soups, casseroles, stews and salads by adding buckwheat kernels.
