Cambray's Boursan is a fresh sheep’s milk cream cheese delicately flavoured with fresh picked herbs. Boursan is a seasonal cheese we welcome with spring.

Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then the milk is processed on the farm by the farmer. Cambray also do a selection of cow’s milk cheeses. The cow’s milk is sourced from an award winning, small family run dairy just out of Busselton.

Uses:
A soft spreadable cheese. Use with fresh bread, crisps or savoury biscuits.

Nannup, Western Australia.

Ewe's milk, salt, garlic and chives, rennet, culture.

Ewe's milk. May contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross contamination.

Refrigerate below 4 degrees C.
