Blueberries, Dried

Blueberries are a delicious combination of sweet and slightly tart. They are small but packed with flavour and nutrients.

They are a good source of Vitamins C and K and manganese. These berries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Uses:
Use Dried Blueberries in muesli, trail mixes and power bars or on their own as a nutritional snack. Delicious in cakes, muffins and desserts.
