Cambray’s Blackwood Blue is an award-winning cheese. It is a fairly mild blue, with a creamy texture and a sweet flavour.

Blackwood Blue, named after the river that meanders through the region, is a cow’s milk cheese made by Jane Wilde.

Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then the milk is processed on the farm by the farmer. Cambray also do a selection of cow’s milk cheeses. The cow’s milk is sourced from an award winning, small family run dairy just out of Busselton. 

Uses:
Blackwood Blue is a stunning addition to any cheese board. Blue cheese and dried fruit combine exceptionally well. Enjoy Blackwood Blue with a glass of white wine.
