Bay Leaves

The bay leaf is an aromatic leaf from the laurus nobilis tree and is commonly used in cooking.

Dried bay leaves are a pantry staple and add an intense flavour to dishes.

Add one or two leaves early in the cooking process to allow the full flavour of the leaves to enhance the dish. Remove leaves prior to serving.

Uses:
A crucial ingredient in many French and Mediterranean recipes. Adds flavour to stews, braised dishes, soups, casseroles, tomato sauce and pickles.

Turkey.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
