Our sweet, nutty flavoured blanched almonds are grown and produced in Australia.
Blanched almonds are raw almonds with the skin removed.
Blanched almonds are high in protein and fibre and are gluten free. Blanched almonds do not have the slightly bitter flavour that is sometimes found in the almond skin.
Uses:
Blanched almonds are used in sweet and savoury recipes. Combine blanched almonds with a liquid to make milks, creams, sauces and salad dressings. May be ground to make almond meal.
