Cambray Aged Marinated Feta in Oil 200g

Cambray Marinated Feta is a traditional Greek style feta that has a wonderful briny tang, a crumbly texture and is smooth on the palate. This delightful, aged feta is marinated in grapeseed oil with olives, garlic and herbs.

Cambray Cheese is a small family-operated business located in Nannup. This maker of delicious artisan cheeses has won multiple awards. All Cambray’s sheep milk cheeses are considered ‘Farmhouse’ status, meaning the sheep are milked on the farm, then the milk is processed on the farm by the farmer. Cambray also do a selection of cow’s milk cheeses. The cow’s milk is sourced from an award winning, small family run dairy just out of Busselton. 

Uses:
Cambray Marinated Feta is a versatile cheese and is used in salads and sandwiches, as a pizza topping, sprinkled on mashed potatoes and added to dips.
